With the decline in the number of Black Farmers throughout the US this project looks to partner with individuals, organizations and government to insure that our producers are able to recover after a disaster.

This program is not just a black farmer issue, it touches upon several areas that impacts everyone. This program looks to do the following:

• Keep farmers from losing revenue within their growing season
• Help sustain food security in the impacted region
• Keep producers from losing their homes
• Preserve the number of Black Producer
• Increase awareness of the needs of Black Farmers and Small Farmers

Save Black Farmers is a project in partnership with organizations that are concerned about the decrease in Black Producers and are working everyday to preserve farmers that exist, while creating more farmers.
